Today, I learned Seminar in English Language Teaching course in the morning. In the early, teacher taught us about ESL and EFL and assigned us to discuss about the different between English in ESL and EFL learning context. My friends and I spent much time to discuss about it. So, we found that ESL is quite different from EFL in learning context in many aspects. First, Students in ESL context can find real life communication from outside classroom, but EFL students have limited sources of real life communication. Second, students have extensive daily exposure to English-speaking culture, In the other hand, EFL students have limited exposure to English-speaking culture. Next, mixed nationalities, students in ESL context don't share their native language or a common culture, but students in EFL context can be able to share the same language and culture. The last aspect is teacher, ESL teacher is required to adopt a methodology on each teaching and learning context, but EFL teacher focus on classroom activity.
Then, we presented our result to the class. After presentation, teacher had a lecture about 21st Century Learning Pedagogical Perspectives in 5 topics;
1. Why 21st is vital?

2. 21st Century key subject
3. 21st Century Themes
